Codependency is a condition that results in a dysfunctional relationship between an individual and other people. A codependent person feels a compulsive need to help and/or please others. They need to be needed. Recovery from codependency requires finding genuine, healthy sources for a positive self-esteem, to replace the negative ones. This course is designed to teach the basic principles of codependency as well as give tools to help individuals face the challenges of relationships.
