Codependency is a condition that results in a dysfunctional relationship between an individual and other people. A codependent person feels a compulsive need to help and/or please others. They need to be needed. Recovery from codependency requires finding genuine, healthy sources for a positive self-esteem, to replace the negative ones. This course is designed to teach the basic principles of codependency as well as give tools to help individuals face the challenges of relationships. Women must make an appointment with Kim Buck for an assessment prior to participation.
