Description of the Advanced Training for Foster and Adoptive Parents in Arizona
This training is held on Friday nights from 5:30 PM until 7:45 PM. In this advanced training for foster and adoptive parents, parents will increase their understanding of :
- Healing children who have experienced trauma
- How children develop security in attachment
- How to work through our own fears
- How to hand specific behaviors such as lying, stealing, fighting, hording, gorging, and others
Foster parents will receive a certificate of attendance showing 12 hours of continuing education.
