This 5-week class is to help parents learn effective parenting strategies to help their kids diagnosed with ADHD or who have symptoms of ADHD or Autism, or other developmental delays. If you wish to attend via Zoom, please reply to your email receipt asking for the Zoom link. In this class parents will learn:
- How the ADHD mind work
- How to capitalize on ADHD strengths
- How to help with strengthen weaknesses
- How to help kids do better with time management and organization
- How to create an environment that is most helpful for kids with ADHD
- Effective discipline techniques with kids with ADHD

If you are not able to attend all 5 weeks, don’t worry. You can always come back to the future classes for free or you can access our class recordings. We would love to have parents come back. Once you register and pay for one of the parenting classes, you are also welcome to attend the the other parenting classes for free.
