This 5-week class is to help parents learn effective parenting strategies to help their kids diagnosed with ADHD or who have symptoms of ADHD. In this class parents will learn:
- How the ADHD mind work
- How to capitalize on ADHD strengths
- How to help with strengthen weaknesses
- How to help kids do better with time management and organization
- How to create an environment that is most helpful for kids with ADHD
- Effective discipline techniques with kids with ADHD
- And much more…
Due to the pandemic, this class is held in person and via Zoom. For the Zoom link, please email shiloh@arizonafamilytherapygroup.com after you register for the class and the link will be emailed back to you. If you are not able to attend all of the 5-weeks, don’t worry. The class will be recorded temporarily and a link can be sent to you to watch the recording. Also, you can always come back to the future classes for free which means, if you miss a class, and would like to catch the class in real time, you can just come back and catch up on the classes you missed or come back through the whole class again if you wish. We love when parents come back. Once you register and pay for one of the parenting classes, you are also welcome to attend the the other parenting classes for free.
